34 Afghan's killed in two suicide bombs

Afghanistan's interior ministry said 34 people have died and 24 others are wounded from two suicide attacks in Ghazni province.

31 of the deceased victims are soldiers. Both explosions targeted military personnel. One of the blasts came from an army vehicle filled with explosives that drove close to an army base before detonating.


The other attack, which was unsuccessful, target a provincial chief.


No one has claimed responsibility for the attack, not even the Taliban, according to Reuters news agency who spoke to Taliban spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid about the blasts.
