Doug Ford and His MPP's are at odds with each other on a popular topic.

When it comes to the topic of abortion Premier Ford and some of his MPP's don't agree.

Today protesters gathered outside Queens Park for an anti-abortion rally. Among the protesters were 3 PC MPP's. All three of them took the stage to speak about their feelings on the topic. Niagara West MPP Sam Oosterhoff says he is pro life and pledged to make abortion "unthinkable" in his lifetime.

During question period at Queens Park, after the rally, Ford was asked if he supported his MPP's that were at the rally. Instead of answering the question, he handed it off to his Minister of Energy.

The Premier's Office did eventually make a public statement saying that while the PC Party welcomes "members from a wide variety of backgrounds and beliefs" the Government will not be re opening the abortion debate.

Ford's decision on the abortion debate is in contrast to MPP Oosterhoff's pledge earlier today.

There has been no reaction from Oosterhoff since the Premier's statement was released.
