Toronto Raptor fans are quite upset with ticket pricing for the NBA finals. Tickets went on sale today at 6 p.m. EST, through the official ticketing partner of the NBA – Ticketmaster. Over 2000 people were in an online queue waiting to purchase these tickets.

Within thirty minutes after being on sale, the tickets were sold out.

However, many of those who purchased tickets, resold them starting at the lowest price of $883.19, through a popular reselling website – StubHub.

Tickets now range from over $8,800 each for best valued pricings, for Row B Courtside West, up to $10,889 each for two tickets for Row B Courtside North.

If wanting to purchase under the Best Seats category, tickets can go up to $60,487 which can land you Row A Courtside East tickets. But a minimum of two tickets should be purchased. Single tickets for this section aren’t available.

Many fans weren’t happy with the reselling price. As this is the first time the Raptors got into the NBA finals, playing against the Golden State Warriors, it’s fair to say many Canadian basketball fans want to be there watching the Toronto Raptors play the game.

Despite reselling for a much higher price, fans can still go to the Jurassic Park and watch the game through a big screen just outside the Scotiabank Arena, where other fans have been gathering for playoffs.
