Joe Biden’s spokesperson said if President Trump refuses to accept defeat if Biden crosses the 270 Electoral College finish line first, he’ll simply be escorted out of the White House come Inauguration Day.

Andrew Bates made the remark as polls show Biden increasing his lead in swing states such as Pennsylvania and Georgia.
President Trump prematurely called victory in both of those swing states on election night, and has called Biden’s “sudden” surge in votes “irregular" and a sign that voter fraud is taking place. Biden’s campaign has denied allegations of voter fraud and have described Trump’s remarks as baseless.
“As we said on July 19th, the American people will decide this election. And the United States government is perfectly capable of escorting trespassers out of the White House,” Biden campaign spokesman Andrew Bates said
Meanwhile, the president’s legal team have launched an onslaught of lawsuits to stop counting in several counties not yet called, and are demanding a recount watched over by Republican poll watchers in places like Arizona, Nevada, and Pennsylvania.
As things stand right now, no county or state, except Georgia, has committed to having a recount.
