U.S President Donald Trump's election campaign team has formally requested Wisconsin officials recount ballots casted in the November 4th Presidential Election.

Instead of the full statewide recount, Wisconsin's Elections Commission said it would only recount votes in Milwaukee and Dane, two heavily Democratic counties.
President Trump's campaign team failed to meet the $7.9 million asking price for a statewide recount and instead settled for a $3 million partial recount.
Election officials in Wisconsin have already ruled out the possibility of a Trump comeback, saying Biden, the Democratic nominee and now president-elect, had an insurmountable lead over the president, winning the state with 20,000 votes to lead Trump by 49.5% to 48.8%.
“My guess would be that by focusing on Dane and Milwaukee the end result will be that Biden will have a slight increase in votes, but nothing terribly significant - certainly nothing anywhere near what would be required for changing the outcomes,” Dane County Clerk Scott McDonell said.
Georgia's statewide recount is already underway and on the brink of concluding, according to Georgia's Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

“We’re finishing up, waiting for a few more counties to get back to us - some of the large counties - but I don’t believe at the end of the day it’ll change the total results,” Raffensperger said.
Wiscon will begin its partial recounts tomorrow. To remain in office, President Trump would need to overturn results in three closely contested states, such as Pennsylvania and Arizona.
As things stand right now, President-elect Biden won the election by securing 306 Electoral College points as well as 5.8 million more votes, in the popular count, than President Trump.
